Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of business development or sales management experience.
  • Experience within the food manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale, logistics, or cold chain industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow revenue.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
