Treasury Analyst - Back Office

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic exposure or interest in treasury, FX, or financial operations.
• General understanding of foreign exchange and derivative instruments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and willingness to learn structured processes and controls.
• Ability to work with documentation, follow procedures, and support control activities.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems (Kyriba).
• Basic knowledge or exposure to Bloomberg or other market data platforms.
• Exposure to internal controls or SOX environments.

This role The Treasury Back Office Analyst will be responsible for supporting foreign exchange risk management strategy through the administration and control of FX hedging instruments, by ensuring accurate management of the operations for derivatives, strong general treasury controls (SOX), and alignment with internal treasury policies and SOPs; by coordinating closely with Finance, Accounting, and banking partners, the position contributes to effective risk mitigation, financial stability, and scalable treasury operations across the organization.
