Responsibilities

- Preferred Experience and Education
- 6+ years of professional experience in interior design or architecture with a strong emphasis on hospitality projects and FF&E specification.
- Experience with hotel Property Improvement Plans (PIP).
- 1 + years experience in a people-management role, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field - or equivalent experience.
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and board preparation.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E specification, sourcing, pricing, and lifecycle considerations.
- Ability to develop PIP cost estimates and interpret project budgets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and project updates to both design and non-design audiences.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and influence decisions related to design standards and compliance.
- Working knowledge of hospitality design trends, brand standards, and industry practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve design and project-related issues.
