Responsibilities

  • Create the optimal rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
  • Assist in Que Management at Dublin Airport Terminals, and off-site location, to facilitate shorter wait times and a smooth customer experience

  • Experience and Skill
  • Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years an advantage
  • Excellent phone handling / communication skills
  • Experience in customer interactions in a fast paced environment is advantageous
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work
  • Driven, charismatic, and eager to learn in a fast paced, rewarding environment.
