As a Client Development Executive, you will play a meaningful role in driving growth across a defined agency portfolio in Australia, working closely with the Client Development Manager to deliver integrated, cross-channel solutions that create real outcomes for clients. This position sits above coordinator level and offers a genuine pathway toward a Client Development Manager role, giving you the space to build commercial acumen, deepen your product knowledge, and grow your client relationships within a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You will act as a key day-to-day contact for junior to mid-level agency stakeholders, proactively identifying and supporting opportunities across cultural moments, campaign windows and cross-channel solutions. Success in this role is measured by the quality of your client relationships, the accuracy of your campaign delivery, and your contribution to portfolio growth. Scope covers cross-channel campaign coordination across Display, Streaming, DOOH, Audio and Social within a defined agency portfolio Acts as a primary relationship point for junior to mid-level agency contacts, with the Client Development Manager leading senior stakeholder engagement Supports pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity tracking in Salesforce, maintaining accuracy across bookings and client activity Works collaboratively with the WPP Media Solutions team to identify and progress cross-sell opportunities across the Nexus Solutions suite Contributes to proactive client development plans, surfacing growth opportunities tied to cultural moments and client planning cycles
