As a Software Asset Management (SAM) Licensing Analyst with Business Process Consulting expertise, you are a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on software licensing compliance, process optimization, contract management, and process maturity. You will leverage your experience in enterprise software licensing and the ServiceNow platform to support software asset lifecycle management while helping design and improve scalable operational processes. You will work closely with IT, procurement, vendor management, finance, asset management teams, and business stakeholders to analyze entitlement, usage, and deployment data; mitigate compliance risk; and identify cost optimization opportunities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with major publishers such as Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, and SaaS vendors, along with strong analytical, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
