Starting Pay: 19.13 Shifts: OPEN Teamsters Union 231 Heavy Duty Laborers at Lineage Bellingham may perform any of the following essential functions: lift up to 50 pounds, move cases by hand, unload and load hand stow trailers/containers/railcars/vessels, and perform regular labor functions. As a Heavy Duty Laborer, you'll be part of a hardworking team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a cold storage setting with temperatures ranging from 32°F to -20°F . You'll work at both our Roeder Street and Orchard Drive facilities. We value dependable team members who take pride in their work, so punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Teamwork is a big part of our culture, and we encourage everyone to jump in and support one another whenever help is needed. Our busiest season runs from June through December , when customer demand is at its highest. During this time, overtime opportunities-including weekends-are expected to help keep our operations running smoothly. To join our team, candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. *When business requires, hours may change to 12-hour shifts.
