UI UX Designer The User Experience Designer position is responsible for translating ideas and concepts into low to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes for Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) digital products. This is responsible for supporting projects in design, development, documentation, and debugging of the user interface to have best possible user experience. Collaborate with product development teams to meet technical business objectives for product design. Communicate and present to key stakeholders regarding user needs and design solutions. Job Duties Design, prototype, and test information architectures to ensure consistent and unified aesthetic and user experience across all of the Enterprises digital products. Create intuitive user experiences using design concepts. Translate ideas and concepts into low to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes. Develop, update, and publish the ACE Enterprise style guide and design library. Create production graphic assets for various projects. Articulate, develop and model the end user experience including visual design to the application to make user interaction simple and efficient. Research potential problem areas on digital channels (website and mobile applications) or any other member touch point. Translate member solution requirements and defined User Experience into User Interface specifications including user research, usability testing, information architecture and interaction design. Facilitate collaborative design workshops with key stakeholders. Work with other members of the product and development team to provide feedback and design consultation. Support and collaborate with teams to define, design, deploy and implement features into new and existing applications across multiple digital platforms. Communicate and present recommendations to key stakeholders regarding user needs and design solutions. Position requires a high degree of independent decision making and problem solving skills. Informs the development and implementation of new processes.
