- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in performing asbestos, lead paint, IAQ, water intrusion/mold, general industrial hygiene, and facility-related abatement project monitoring and inspections.

- Working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)

- Must be able to pass a physical exam and be medically cleared to wear negative pressure respirator
- Must be available to occasionally work night or weekend hours may and/or extended shifts beyond 8 hours
- Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to DOT-regulated random drug & alcohol testing
