Corporate Wellness Health Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classes, consultations, and coaching sessions
• Ensure a consistently professional and engaging employee experience
• Maintain gym and studio standards (cleanliness, setup, readiness)
• Ensure all scheduled sessions run smoothly (coverage, timing, communication)
• Promote and drive engagement across classes, events, and consultations
• Support wellness initiatives and onsite activations
• Manage schedules and bookings through internal systems
• Track attendance and support reporting where required

Requirements

• Personal training certification or degree in Sport Science (or related field)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Demonstrated experience working with a broad range of clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership and reliability in day-to-day work
• Ability to operate independently while staying aligned with team direction
• Evidence of continuous learning and professional development
• Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive community experience
• Experience in corporate wellness settings or similar environments is a plus
