About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities to support business and customer requirements. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across warehousing and distribution functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and achieve operational KPIs and productivity targets.
  • Plan warehouse capacity, storage utilization, and inventory management strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock control activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
  • Investigate and resolve shipment issues, including damages, documentation discrepancies, and customer complaints.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including ISO and GMP standards.
  • Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational performance.
  • Manage warehouse budgets, resources, and improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management; with 3 years of people management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience with SAP warehouse, inventory, and logistics modules.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution management.
  • Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards such as GMP, ISO, and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of HAZMAT, Dangerous Goods, or IATA regulations will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
