What You Can Expect : Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of A, B, C & (D customers -where justified by life cycle and potential). Resolve customer issues in a fast and timely manner to maintain satisfaction Monitor customer and market development What You Bring: Bachelor degree in Business/ Logistics or equivalent experience in logistics; A minimum of 5 years field sales in freight forwarding (especially Air & Ocean) Decisions and Problem Solving - analyzing information, evaluating results and using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions Results Orientation - demonstrates a clear understanding of expected outcomes. Sets personal targets and strives to achieve them. Client Focused - able to anticipate and identify customers' needs and expectations and what constitutes positive customer satisfaction Ability to think out of the box (Entrepreneur) Strong work-ethic and integrity Willingness to travel as well as fluency in written and spoken English Strong negotiation skills
