Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the RANGES/TRGETS OPS/INSTRMTN & LABS GROUP/ CHINA LAKE RANGES/FUTURE CAPABILITIES OFFICE of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DA-04) or equivalent grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: 1. Assisting in the quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex project portfolios to evaluate overall project health and performance; 2. Tracking financial execution, budgets, and technical milestones using enterprise software (e.g., ERP systems); 3. Drafting standard acquisition and project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Project Charters; 4. Supporting cross-functional teams in the preparation and execution of high-visibility project reviews and milestone events.
