Job purpose: The BenAdmin Technology Specialist is at the heart of how our clients experience benefit administration technology. This is not a broad IT or general technology role - it is a specialized position focused specifically on the platforms and tools used to administer employee benefits, with Employee Navigator at the center. As a vital member of the Experience Team, this role owns the client onboarding journey, drives the group renewal process, and serves as a trusted resource for benefit administration technology support. Beyond day-to-day operations, this position helps shape the training, strategy, and vision behind our benefit admin systems - making a real impact on both the client experience and the way our team works. Duties and responsibilities - Premier user for BenAdmin system. - Responsible for client onboarding, group renewal process and updates to the BenAdmin System. - Support other HUB Team's with technical issues and provide ongoing training as needed. - Assist supervisor with ongoing trainings, documents, and presentations for internal staff. - Perform cross company system audits, updates and take preventative measures to prevent financial risk to the company and its clients. - Assist Clients with triggering Payroll Integrations and integration process if needed - Stay abreast of Ben Admin technology, submit escalated service tickets and enhancement requests, as necessary. - Assists in the set-up and monitoring of EDI files. - Assists in the set up and monitoring XML Files and API Files when applicable - Maintains positive relationships both internally and externally - Maintain HUB Values including HIPPA Compliance. - Ensures we are meeting HUB turn-around times.
