How you'll make an impact: You will build relation with new and existing customers, whether it is End User or Channels to market (EPCs, OEMs, etc.), as well as identifying and bring opportunities from the market. You will be aligning strategy with Sales Manager, Sales Support Team (local and overseas factories) and Country Front End Sales Team. You will with finance and controlling team for bonds requests (bid bond, performance bond, etc.). You will be assisting the administration process for product qualification (DPT) in PLN and its renewal, vendor registration for new customer (customer company deeds, latest financial report, etc.) and assisting travel bookings, e.g. tickets, hotels, visa, local transportation at site, etc. You will support for SAP related approval process, in particular for procurement of office stationaries and operation drivers. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, however, degree in Engineering would be preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience, especially in Sales and Tendering.
