Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of maritime projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

- Liaise with shipowners, ship management companies, classification societies, equipment manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure proper project documentation, lessons learned, technical reports, acceptance testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities are completed.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, governance, and best practices while mentoring junior project engineers and coordinators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the maritime, offshore, marine engineering, shipbuilding, or ship management industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling tools (e.g.,Microsoft Project), risk management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced international maritime environment.
