Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Proposal project task management Tosupport onlive andidentifiedProposalprojects, including Identifyingand starting Proposal projects alongside a pipeline of future requirements Setting up the collaboration folder structureas well as the RFP Automation response project Alongside the Proposal Manager, engagement of project contributorsincludingissuing standard job aids Alongside Proposal Management, to ensure that standard Proposal process items (references, legal/financialrequestsand others) are carried out ina timelyand effective manner. Alongside Proposal or Bid Mgt, scheduling of Proposal or Opportunity milestone andcheckincalls (including PAB and review checks) Ensuring submitted proposals are logged in the correct auditable folder and updating CRM stages and information where needed To support proposal deconstruction back into the RFP Automation platform at submission, as well as supportingWin:Lossinformation recycling Alongside Knowledge Management, to complete simple information requests (RFIs,Questionnnaires, etc.) ina timelyandaccuratemanner Mentoring,leadershipand management(senior only) To mentor junior team members (or oversee mentoring) to ensure that support is available as needed. To embed a culture of professional development within the team, aligned with Global Bid Team and market best practice standards To support the Manager of Proposal Operations in setting clear,achievableand challenging goals within the bid and opportunity operations function. Budget,reportingandimprovement To support regular reporting on key effectiveness items includingWin:Lossrates and reasons, deal velocity, compliance metrics, volume metrics, attainment to annual goals,revenueandpotentials forimprovement within the process. To support development and delivery of training, both inside the Global Bid Management team and out to external stakeholders To develop a culture of knowledge recycling, embeddingWin:Loss, competitive and landscape information into both the pre- and post-bid processes. Tomaintaina process library describing core bid and opportunityprocessdocumentation. To take part in the wider Sales Operations and Strada business improvement catalogue as needed. Stakeholder management Tomaintaina portfolio of stakeholder engagementchannels to ensure thatknowledge content is effectivelyidentifiedand ingested, and that Proposal Projects areidentifiedand enabled efficiently.
