What will your responsibilities be? Managing a caseload of children aged 0-5 and their families Undertaking assessments and developing clear care and support plans Working closely with midwives, health visitors, and other partner agencies Safeguarding vulnerable children and promoting their welfare Attending multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection plans
