The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a multi-floor leased office environment serving approximately 400 employees. This role acts as the primary liaison between employees, property management, vendors, IT, procurement, and internal stakeholders to ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, organized, and operationally efficient. The Facilities Coordinator oversees office services, space management, vendor coordination, work order tracking, housekeeping standards, seating assignments, and workplace support functions while helping deliver a positive employee experience. How you will do it Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities operations to maintain a safe, clean, organized, and high-performing office environment across Clarios workspaces. Serve as the primary point of contact between employees, CBRE/property management, vendors, JCI/security teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve workplace and facilities-related issues. Manage facilities operations including work orders and ticketing systems, maintenance coordination, office walkthroughs, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, parking, life safety, and workplace compliance. Oversee vendor relationships and service performance for janitorial, maintenance, security, water, coffee, vending, and other workplace service providers while coordinating scheduling, procurement, and site access. Support workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness efforts by partnering with JCI, CBRE, and Clarios teams to maintain compliance with building, security, and life-safety standards. Manage workspace planning and employee support activities including seating assignments, floor plans, office moves, workstation readiness, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and visitor experience support. Support employee experience initiatives through pantry and breakroom management, office supplies, reception support, workplace communications, event coordination, morale programs, and shared space oversight. Assist with facilities budgeting, purchasing, invoice processing, expense tracking, operational reporting, and maintenance of facilities documentation, SOPs, vendor files, and workplace records. Coordinate workplace projects including office refreshes, conference room upgrades, furniture reconfigurations, employee relocations, minor construction activities, and site event support.
