Examples of work the group has led recently include: Developing novel growth strategies for Disney+ and Hulu (e.g., product innovation and feature prioritization, content investment, tiering strategy, international, etc.) Assessing partnership and M&A opportunities Assessing opportunities for growth acceleration across international markets Benchmarking marketplace and competitor trends Creating executive presentations for the Board of Directors and the investor community (e.g., earnings call preparations, Investor Day)
