We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:A guaranteed life-long monthly pension, once vested after 5 years of service457B Retirement Plan140 hours of PTO earned within first year + 12 paid holidays, 1 personal holiday, 1 Wellness Day and 1 volunteer day per yearCompetitive medical, dental and vision plans effective within 1 month of start dateLocation & ScheduleIn this position you can expect to work on site three days/week during standard business hours, at Denver International Airport.Who We Are & What You'll DoAbout DENThe ideal candidate will have a history of sound business judgment, relationship building, and financial modeling analytical skills.Additionally, as a Commercial Optimization Analyst, you can expect to:Analyze concessions data using internal systems, such as, but not limited to, PowerBI, Smartsheet, Excel, and PROPworks.Create visual dashboards for performance tracking.Identify trends and insights to optimize revenue.Collaborate with stakeholders for data-driven decisions.Perform data validation and reporting to ensure accuracy.Champion existing technology platforms to streamline automation.Identify innovative and cutting-edge technologies that support streamlining business performance reporting / oversight.Understand economic drivers of airport non-aeronautical business and identify creative analytical solutions to support revenue growth.Identify key areas of improvement, prepare recommendations, and strategize data-driven decisions to optimize and maximize revenue in the concessions program.Process improvement and implementation.Support the needs of the concessions master plan through quantified deliverables and key performance indicators that maximize success for DEN and its partners.Meet with concessions portfolio teams in a business-friendly way to gain cooperation and support to find new and creative ways to grow revenue and improve customer service through financial analysis.Perform financial and trend analysis to assist with financial and business planning and optimization, including strategies to meet business needs of the Concessions program.Conducts research, collects, and compiles information from various sourcDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offRemote work optionsFlexible scheduleEquity / stock options
