Lead and coordinate a high-performance manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Coordinate daily production operations and ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules Lead and support a high-performance manufacturing team on the shop floor Allocate personnel and machine resources efficiently based on production requirements Create and manage shift schedules Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Lead shift handovers and daily shop floor meetings Track production KPIs and escalate operational issues where necessary Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment Identify training needs and help develop a flexible, cross-trained team Stop production processes in case of quality deviations or safety risks Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or assembly operations Previous experience leading or coordinating production teams Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of accountability Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus Understanding of production planning, safety procedures, and quality standards Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or defence manufacturing is advantageous
