Plant Performance Analyst

Requirements

• Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Engineering Technology, Operations, or related field.
• One to three years of experience in manufacturing, operations support, data reporting, document control, administrative technical support, or similar role preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Must be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with multiple departments in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred Experience:
• Manufacturing environment, KPI reporting, dashboard creation, PowerPoint presentation support, document control, work instruction updates, audit preparation, or plant performance reporting.

Position Summary: The Plant Performance Analyst supports the plant leadership team by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting plant performance data. This role maintains plant KPI metrics, prepares Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations, supports management review materials, tracks action items, and helps manage plant documentation including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. This position works across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, EHS, and Production to ensure plant data is accurate, reports are updated, and key information is organized for management decision-making.
