Responsibilities
- Lead regional HR operations, coordinating quarterly focal point meetings, agendas, and documentation

- Support adoption and optimisation of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Udemy)
- Assist in implementing performance management frameworks and HR policies
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain HR governance documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably within a regional or multinational environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
- Experience in compensation and benefits benchmarking and salary structure review
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and reporting
