Job Responsibilities Recruit, coach, and support agents to sell Medicare plans to consumers Answer questions and guide agents through Medicare sales-related situations Promote Berwick benefits to agent and agency partners Develop and maintain positive relationships with local carrier representatives Work with the team to achieve sales goals and maximize company growth Model a high level of professionalism and integrity in every interaction Required Qualifications High school diploma Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one Proven sales, training, and management experience High level of integrity and competitive team player Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and personal accountability Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary
