About the role

As a Customer Operations Associate at Cerve, you will play an essential role in keeping our customers supported and the data flowing through our platform accurate and reliable. In collaboration with Engineering, Product, and our customer-facing teams, you will help us deliver a platform that works for the people who rely on it every day. From resolving customer queries to processing and reviewing data, to spotting patterns that shape how the product evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and accurately rather than just closing tickets.
  • Proactive Outreach: Check in with customers, flag issues before they escalate, and feed what you hear back to the team.
  • Data Processing: Upload, maintain and validate data across the platform, making sure what customers see reflects reality.
  • Data Quality: Review data flowing through the platform, catch inconsistencies and surface patterns to engineering.
  • Operational Delivery: Handle the hands-on work that keeps the business moving, from data processing to ad hoc tasks when something urgent comes up.
  • Process Improvement: Spot faster, smarter ways of working and help turn them into how we operate as we scale.

  • Working experience with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

  • A genuine interest in working at an early-stage startup and growing with it
