Responsibilities
- Responding to client support requests and provides on-site field support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Installing and maintaining hardware and compute peripherals
- Installing and upgrading operating system and software
- Provide installation, servicing and repairing systems and equipment. Verifies and approves operational quality of system equipment
- Attend & resolve/fulfill incidents/requests based on defined SLA

- Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues

- Key Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in PC hardware, OS, MS Office and Peripherals troubleshooting
- Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
- Good communication skills and good team player
- Motivate to learn and good Time Management
- Willing to contribute on Continuous Service Improvement
- Flexible on ad-hoc assignment
