As a Associate - Recruiter , you will be a critical enabler of Zinnov's talent acquisition engine. Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to support hiring needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders across locations.
- Understand hiring requirements and support recruitment activities.
- Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels.
- Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use ATS tools to manage candidate records and recruitment workflows.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Manage interview calendars and send timely updates and confirmations.
- Handle interview reschedules and resolves scheduling conflicts.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to candidates and stakeholders.
- Follow up on feedback and ensure smooth hiring progress.
- Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure data quality and timely updates in ATS and Excel trackers.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports as required.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters to support hiring goals.
- Identify delays or issues and help resolve them proactively.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- What You Bring
- Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree / Bachelor's degree required
- 0-2 years of experience or strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, or coordination roles
- Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication
- Ability to coordinate effectively across candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Key Skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, databases, reporting hygiene)
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-through
- Proactive, "go-getter" mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve recruitment bottlenecks.
