Delinea is seeking a Renewal Operations Analyst based in Mexico City to own the operational backbone of our renewals and customer success motion: who covers which accounts, what they're carried to, and how we forecast the revenue they protect. Sitting on the Global GTM Operations team, you'll turn assignments, territories, and quotas into clean, scalable systems and build the Salesforce reporting that gives leaders a real-time read on churn, renewal, and expansion. This is an individual contributor role for someone who likes precision, owns their numbers, and wants visibility into how a fast-growing SaaS business runs its post-sale engine. You'll partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, Finance, and Sales Operations to keep coverage, targets, and forecasts accurate as the business scales. How This Role Operates In this role, you will: Assignments, Territories & Quotas Build and maintain account assignments and territories for Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers, keeping coverage aligned as the business grows Establish renewal and expansion target quotas for CSMs and Renewal Managers, and keep attainment reporting current and trustworthy Run commission reports and partner with the commissions team to resolve discrepancies and edge cases quickly Forecasting & Analytics Forecast renewals across a portfolio of products, surfacing risk and upside early enough to act on Own the churn report end to end, including definitions, data integrity, and the trends leadership relies on Design and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce that give CS and Renewals leaders clear visibility into pipeline health and performance Process & GTM Partnership Improve the data quality and processes behind assignments, quotas, and forecasting so the system scales without breaking Partner cross functionally with Finance, Sales Operations, and CS leadership to keep definitions and numbers consistent across teams Identify operational gaps and design repeatable, scalable solutions that reduce manual effort
