With the support of HR Specialists and the HR Business Partner team: Talent Acquisition: Partner with managers to develop hiring plans and support the recruitment process by designing job advertisements, developing tailored interview guides, and being an active participant in interviews. Compensation: Advise managers on our compensation philosophy, support cyclical salary reviews, provide recommendations on promotional increases, and collaborate with talent acquisition to determine starting salaries. Labour Relations: Interpret collective agreements and contribute to harmonious working relationships between our managers, employees, and union representatives. Employee Relations: Support managers through performance management, promoting continued development and recognition of strong performance and speedily addressing performance challenges. Organizational Design: Advise managers on team design and role definition. Special Initiatives: Participate in various HR initiatives to build your HR domain expertise and contribute to continuous improvement.
