Job Overview The Industrial Designer will be responsible for developing innovative and practical point-of-sale and retail product solutions that align with client requirements and manufacturing capabilities. Working closely with the sales and production teams, this role involves creating detailed product concepts, technical drawings, renderings, and prototypes while ensuring designs are commercially viable and production-ready. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail or product design environments.

Requirements

• Qualifications in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Strong experience in product design, ideally within retail or point-of-sale industries.
• Experience with plastics manufacturing and fabrication processes (wood fabrication is advantageous).
• Proficiency in CAD and design software including SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with rendering software such as KeyShot, Photoview 360, or 3D Studio Max.
• Understanding of production methods including CNC routers, laser cutters, and sheet fabrication.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
