- Prepare schedules, reports, and operational documentation

- Step in as needed to support production operations
Requirements
- Required
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or training preferred
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills with willingness to learn new systems
- Preferred
- Experience in industrial laundry, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of production equipment and workflow optimization
- Experience analyzing performance data to improve operations and reduce costs
