Director, Futures Clearing Product (FCM / Listed Rates) - New York, Hybrid We are hiring a Director of Product Development to lead the build-out of futures clearing, focused on workflows used by FCMs, clearing brokers, and client service teams. This role is about improving how futures markets actually operate day to day, from trade capture through to clearing and post-trade, with a clear emphasis on client experience and operational efficiency. Candidates from major futures hubs such as Chicago or other US financial centres are strongly encouraged! This role is focused on futures and listed derivatives clearing. Candidates whose experience is primarily OTC with limited exposure to futures workflows may find it less aligned. You will report to the Head of Product Development, SwapClear & Listed Rates.
