• Familiar with construction tendering processes and project cycles.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Source and follow up on project leads, tenders, and potential contracts. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and participate in tender submissions. Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients and partners.
