Responsibilities
- Manages, researches and resolves complex and occasionally highly complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues

Requirements
- 6+ years of Homeowner's Property claim handling, settling, adjusting/evaluating experience required
- Homeowners Property claim subrogation experience, a plus

This role identifies new subrogation opportunities, refers opportunities to the subrogation unit, implements procedures, and monitors subrogation reimbursements to other insurers. This individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy to ensure customer retention. The individual works independently, prioritizing the individual's own responsibilities, and managing the individual's own workload. The individual also consistently meets band level behaviors, production, quality, and/or customer service goals.
