Can you coordinate and optimise our offshore crewing operations? We're looking for a Marine Crewing Planner to join our global onshore crewing team. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of crew across our fleet of high-capacity seismic vessels. Effective crewing is critical to our offshore success. In this role, you will ensure vessels are always staffed with qualified maritime and seismic personnel, supporting smooth operations across multiple projects. Working closely with operations, fleet managers, technical teams, and logistics, you will coordinate crew assignments, monitor schedules, and act as a key point of contact for offshore personnel. You'll balance operational priorities, compliance requirements, and changing schedules in a fast-paced, global environment. Technically Speaking... Experience in crewing, offshore roles, or operational planning, with strong organisation, scheduling, and communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with an understanding of maritime regulations as a plus. In Personal Terms....
