About the role
As our new Ground Maintenance Operative, you will work as part of a friendly, supportive team, maintaining a variety of sites across the West Midlands. Responsibilities
- As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your duties will include:
- Grass and lawn cutting
- Hedge trimming, pruning, and basic plant care
- Strimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
- Litter picking and keeping sites clean and tidy
- Weed control
- Leaf removal, planting, and mulching for landscaped areas
- Rubbish removal
- Supporting seasonal work, including filling grit bins
- Using gardening tools, equipment, pedestrian mowers and petrol hand tools (full training provided)
- Carrying out basic equipment checks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- The role will be suited to someone who:

- Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
