- Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Maintain structured datasets and ensure data integrity
- Automate routine reporting processes when possible
- Presentation & Documentation (PPT)
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management and stakeholders
- Summarize data insights into clear, visual formats
- Support business reviews and performance presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1-3+ years experience in customer service operations, logistics, or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
