We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Electronic Components Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will support shipping and logistics activities by accurately picking, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and packing electronic components according to company quality and packing standards. Enable growth through direct and focused mentorship. What You Can Do for Us Assist shipping and logistics personnel with order picking and fulfillment. Pick electronic components accurately based on customer orders and work instructions. Segregate items according to batch code and date code to ensure product traceability. Perform visual inspection of electronic components to identify any visible defects, damage, or discrepancies. Apply labels accurately and ensure proper identification of products and packages. Pack electronic components in accordance with the company's packing standards and customer requirements. Ensure proper handling of ESD-sensitive (Electrostatic Discharge) components where applicable. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and warehouse areas. Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse operating procedures. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality concerns to the supervisor. Assist with stock movement, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as assigned. Who We're Looking For Minimum secondary school education or equivalent. Previous warehouse or packing experience is preferred; experience handling electronic components is an advantage. Ability to read and understand picking lists, labels, and work instructions. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Physically fit and able to perform repetitive packing and lifting duties. Basic computer or barcode scanner knowledge is an advantage. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willing to work overtime when required. Preferred Skills Knowledge of batch code and date code control. Familiarity with ESD handling procedures. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Working Conditions Warehouse environment. Standing for extended periods. Handling small electronic components and packing materials. Compliance with safety and ESD requirements
