This role will report to the director of growth marketing and work closely with content marketing, design, and video teams, as well as cross-functionally with other marketing departments to support marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a modern B2B social media program, influence how an industry leader shows up in public conversations, and collaborate with executives, customers, and partners to tell stories that drive awareness, engagement, and business impact. Here's how you'll make an impact: Develop, launch, and manage a cutting-edge social media strategy for a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) company to drive brand awareness, community building, and lead generation. Oversee community management and growth on LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels by implementing audience development strategies and executing engagement initiatives to build an engaged, loyal audience. Establish and curate a social media content calendar for LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to support marketing campaign success. Ideate, produce, and publish written content on social media, such as posts, polls, newsletters, and articles, as well as multimedia content like graphics and videos, continually experimenting with new formats to drive audience engagement and conversion. Develop and drive an executive thought leadership program, collaborating with key leaders to help them manage their social media presence, to help them optimize their personal brands for greater reach and influence. Implement a social search optimization (SSO) process to drive organic search rankings across LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels. Establish a social listening program to monitor competitor and category conversations to bring forward timely insights that shape our social media strategy and help us lead category conversations. Establish a performance measurement, reporting, and optimization processes to ensure our social media strategy stays ahead of the latest industry shifts, trends, and technologies.
