About the role

The candidate is expected to Manage a network of Distribution Channels in the UK&I, Conduct Direct Business Meetings Strategic Channel Partners, Daily Manage revenue and bookings forecast, coordinate regional activities with Sales and Marketing Teams, Sales Operations, Marketing Activities, deal with day to day sales related tasks, manage actions that increase the Fluke market share and mindshare by ensuring engagement of and commitment from channel partners on cooperative business planning.   • Achieving annual sales objectives
  • Participating in strategic planning for the managed accounts
  • Drive operational efficiencies and high performance through the use of the Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools
  • Use daily management to track performance and drive actions
  • Track competition moves and provide market intelligence updates

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field, such as Engineering, Physics, or Business Management
  • Experience in Key Account Management
  • Minimum of:
  • 5 years of experience in the Electrical Market, the Wholesale market
  • Experience in Channel Management, including Value Added Resellers and Electrical/Industrial wholesalers
  • Personal Skills:

  • Expert in managing Conflicts
  • Possesses Strong communication skills
  • People leader
  • Possesses Analytical skills, and data driven decision making skills
  • Able to manage priorities and time efficiently
