  • BS in Business, Engineering, operations management or related field OR equivalent years of experience (4:1 ratio)
  • 3-5 years in operational roles with exposure to OpEx or CI initiative.
  • Proficiency in OpEx or CI
  • Proficiency in project management, planning support, intake & prioritization
  • Ability to analyze and develop workflows or processes
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards

  • Bonus Points:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt or higher
  • PCP Certification
  • 5+ years in OpEx or CI
  • Prior experience in construction, energy or industrial environments
