Responsibilities

  • What we need:
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid social acquisition at scale. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. (Fintech, insurtech, or SMB experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record in structured experimentation, landing page optimization, creative strategy, and performance-driven growth.
  • Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience working closely with analytics, creative, and web teams to align and execute strategies.
