Spa Attendant This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spa's high standards of hygiene and service. Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service. Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries. Maintain the spa's ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation. Assist therapists and other spa team as required. Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Candidate Profile Knowledge and Experience Ability to provide legible communication. Minimum one year experience in customer service, hospitality or the spa industry. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Competencies Able to converse in English. Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team. Able to withstand physically heavy duties. Has good guest relations.
