We are looking for a Senior Director, Compliance & Ethics to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to our VP, Global Head of Compliance and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week Role Overview As Senior Director, Ethics & Compliance, you will help lead Bloom Energy's global ethics and compliance program, providing strategic direction and operational oversight across the company's worldwide business activities. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Head of Compliance, you will serve as a senior advisor to leadership on legal and regulatory compliance, risk, and ethical business conduct, while enabling responsible growth across Bloom's global operations. This role will design, implement, and continuously enhance and scale a robust compliance framework that aligns with Bloom's operational footprint across technology, manufacturing, supply chain, customer installations, and service. You will partner closely with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, HR, IT, and commercial leaders to ensure compliance programs are well-designed, effective, practical, scalable, consistently monitored, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
