Responsibilities

• Customer Experience
• Greet and assist customers in-store to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Recommend outfits tailored to customers' body shape, lifestyle, and preferences
• Provide styling advice and fitting support to enhance customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain warm, long-term relationships with customers
• Deliver a calm and thoughtful boutique experience that reflects brand values
• Store Operations
• Manage daily retail tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
• Maintain store cleanliness and arrange product displays to attract customers
• Process cashiering and sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with stock replenishment and perform basic inventory checks
• Customer Follow-Up
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp to provide ongoing support and service
• Required competencies and certifications
• Good communication skills in English to engage effectively with customers
• Friendly, warm, and responsible personality to foster positive interactions
• Willingness to learn and undergo training for continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a retail environment including weekends and public holidays
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Previous fashion retail experience is advantageous but not required
