✔ Up to $3200 basic ✔ Housing Defects Checking ✔ Mon-Fri (office hrs) Job Information Contract Period: 1 year (can convert / renew) Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am- 5.30pm (may need to OT) Salary: Up to $3200 + bonuses Job Descriptions Attend to defects calls and checks at new housing estate Supervise contractor works for defects rectification Attend to joint inspections with various stakeholders such as residents, contractors, IDs etc Submit request for approvals after attending to joint inspections Administer contractor works order, completion certificate etc. Any other duties as assigned
