- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software and estimating tools.
- Strong working knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between contractors, clients, and management.
