Responsibilities

• Draft and manage contractual correspondence, ensuring claims notifications are submitted promptly in line with contractual timelines.
• Prepare and submit progress payment claims on schedule, monitor certification status, and follow up to secure timely payments.
• Compile and finalize project accounts, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and optimized for full entitlement.
• Issue work orders to subcontractors, process monthly progress payments, and manage the settlement of subcontractors' final accounts.
• Verify and measure completed works accurately to ensure proper valuation and compliance with contract provisions.
• Monitor claims submissions to ensure timely notification and detailed supporting documentation in accordance with contract requirements.

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in foundation works, preferably dealing with Reinforced Concrete (RC).
• Experience with main contractor / LTA projects is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documentation accurately.
