It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. Job Description Unsecured Approval is a department within PFS Credit Division under Group Credit (Retail). Its primary responsibility is in the credit underwriting of Personal Financial Services (PFS) unsecured products as an independent credit approval to ensure quality credit decisions, regulatory compliance as well as adherence to Bank's credit policies. PFS products include credit cards, Unsecured revolving loan applications (eg. Cashplus) and corporate credit card applications support. Job responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks Maintain and organize records, files, and internal databases in an accurate and timely manner Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Manage and resolve enquiries or complaints with stakeholders. Collates statistics and data for monthly MIS reporting. Undertake ad-hoc projects when necessary. Credit evaluation of PFS Unsecured applications. Credit Underwriting process involves analyzing supporting documents, credit reports, and related data to determine the applicant's creditworthiness. Ensure all credit decisions and processes adhere to internal credit policies and external regulatory guidelines. Qualifications/requirements Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in banking and finance and preferably in the credit underwriting of Unsecured credit applications. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Good credit analytical skills, meticulous and attentive to details. Good attitude and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally and manage objections effectively Positive attitude, able to multi-task, work as a team and committed to meeting tight timelines. Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills: both written and verbal Strong proficiency in data analysis software is essential. This includes advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and experience with tools like SQL will be added advantage.
